I'm a real weather junkie. A big chunk of that comes from the aviator in me. Thus - lots of aviation weater info.

Regular type weather

• Northwest Vermont forecast
  The pretty, polished weather forecast from NWS.
• Vermont state text forecasts
  Forecasts for Vermont, without pretty pictures. Loads faster.

Aviation current conditions

• Current surface analysis
  Shows current surface fronts and isobars. Issued every three hours.
• Local METARs (raw)
  Encoded version of current weather at BTV and other nearby airports. The same information is available from an alternate site.
• Local METARs (cooked)
  Translated version of current weather at BTV and other nearby airports. Helpful if you don't have the secret pilot weather decoding ring handy.
• Burlington radar
  Nifty animated graphic weather radar centered on Burlington, VT.

Aviation forecasts

• AviationWeather.gov
  Launch point for government aviation weather products.
• Standard briefing
  A page nicely organized along the lines of a standard weather briefing.
• Aviation digital data service
  This seems to duplicate the effort on aviationweather.gov, expect that ADDS has some additional spiffy Java based tools, like the Flight Path tool.
• Surface prognastic charts
  12 hours
  18 hours
  24 hours
  30 hours
  36 hours
  48 hours
  Forecasts of surface fronts, isobars and precip. Pay careful attention to the forecast times printed on the charts.
• Terminal aerodrome forecasts
  Encoded version of forecast weather at BTV and other nearby airports. The same information is available from an alternate site.
• Boston area forecast
  General northeast US forecast for next 12-18 hours.
