This site was born on a bellatlantic.net server in early 2002. It moved to aaroncummings.com on 14 February 2002.

This site was hand crafted with Gnu Emacs and GIMP on a Slackware Linux system. It is essentially a prototype only at this point. I'm planning to use XML for content markup, with automatic post-processing with Java and XSLT to obtain the final result.

Recent updates

• 29 March 2004 - OK, this sucker is getting stale. Did some maintenance, like fixing up the weather links and refreshing the reunion info. A major overhaul is in the works.
• 19 January 2003 - The results of playing with my new Pentax Optio 330GS digital camera. Wrote a quick Perl script to generate the new online photo gallery.
• 11 November 2002 - Update contact information. Finally add pictures of log home project.
• 17 February 2002 - added weather information. updated about with more details.
• 16 February 2002 - massive formatting overhaul (by hand for now). Intro of those little questions...
• 14 February 2002 - aaroncummings.com fired up.
